The Flow XP brand, the proprietary methodology, the scoring algorithms, the dimension architecture, the AI report generation, the platform interface, the text, visuals, schemas, code, structures and graphic identities present on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Flow XP BV unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting punishable under articles XI.290 and following of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

Intellectual property — third-party reference works

FLOW XP's methodology is inspired by a body of peer-reviewed sports psychology research. Reference works that have shaped our approach are listed on the methodology page.

These reference frameworks (including but not limited to TOPS-2, ACSI-28, SMS-II, TEOSQ, CART-Q, LSS, CBS-S, EDMCQ-C, PCDEQ-2) remain the intellectual property of their respective academic authors and journals. Their names and acronyms may be trademarks of their respective owners. Flow XP BV does not redistribute, reproduce verbatim, commercially license, or claim ownership over any of these third-party instruments. Their citation on this website is provided for scientific transparency only, under the universally recognised academic fair-use principle for bibliographic referencing.

Beyond these academic reference works, the Connexion Coach battery (coach emotional and relational intelligence) is a Flow XP de novo proprietary instrument, consistent with public theoretical frameworks of emotional intelligence (Salovey & Mayer 1990, Gross 1998, Niven et al. 2009). Items are authored by Flow XP and no items are derived from third-party proprietary instruments.
