For clubs
You have a method. What you lack is the instrument.
FLOW XP does not teach you your job. It makes readable, player by player and across a full season, what your method already produces.
Team culture, written down
FLOW XP helps you define your team culture: the assembly of goals, values and rules — those of behaviour as much as the limits not to cross — at the level of each person and at the level of the group.
A collective game
You activate the questionnaires and quests your team has to clear, and completing them unlocks others. It plays as a shared objective — results and behaviours to reach together — rather than a checklist.
What you see
The engagement of your squad, dated and verifiable: the date of a last check-in, a count of days. The list sorts by who has been silent longest — an order, not a judgement.
What you will never see
Not the content of a journal, not an individual value, not a raw answer. And no alert, no flag: the application never decides that someone is unwell.
This limit is not a setting that could be loosened. It is written into our terms of sale — which is what lets you put the tool in front of families without having to negotiate their trust.
A season, not a quarter
The programme runs across a full season, and we say so plainly rather than burying it in a terms page. A club that wants to try three months and see will get nothing measurable — neither will we.
Develop, add value, sell on
A club that develops in order to add value is exactly who we are for. Player development is the one investment whose return can be counted rather than believed in.
The team plan
Twenty seats included, then per seat beyond. A player covered by their club sees no payment screen and hands over no card: fifteen minors signed up means fifteen families asked for nothing.
Minors in your squad
Below sixteen, a parent consents before any use. You are told that your squad includes minors, but you never receive a parent’s address and you chase no one: holding it would make you a controller.
