Deleting your data

Última actualización: 19 August 2026

Deleting is definitive, so it is deliberately not instant. This page states who may ask, how, what happens next, and what remains.

1. Who may ask

  • Any account holder, for their own account.
  • The holder of parental authority, for a user below sixteen.

A coach cannot delete a player's account, and a club cannot delete the account of one of its members. Removing someone from a team ends the team cover; it does not touch the account.

2. How to ask

From the account settings in the application. Two confirmations are required, and they do not duplicate each other:

  • typing DELETE, which protects against a slip of the finger;
  • a six-digit code received by email, which protects against another person holding the phone.

An export is offered before confirmation. It is also possible to ask by writing to admin@flowxp.eu from the address attached to the account.

3. What happens next

The account becomes invisible and inactive immediately, and enters a seven-day recovery period. During that time nothing is destroyed and the deletion can be reversed.

At the end of the seven days, the account and the data attached to it are erased, subject to Article 4 below.

Neither of the two confirmations protects against a decision taken on the evening of a lost match. That is what the seven days are for.

4. What is kept despite the request

  • Accounting records — invoices and payment evidence, for the period required by Belgian law. They are kept for that sole purpose and are no longer used for anything else.
  • Records of a consent given or withdrawn, where they are necessary to demonstrate that an obligation was met.

Nothing else survives: no journal entry, no answer, no check-in value, no access log.

5. Deletion is not the only option

Ending a subscription does not delete anything: the account becomes read-only, data remains, and export keeps working. Withdrawing a consent stops the data being used without destroying it, and a consent granted again recovers its history.

If what you want is to stop, without losing anything, those routes exist and are described in the privacy policy.

6. Minors below sixteen

A parental refusal blocks the profile; it never deletes it. The child may ask again without limit, and the account remains reachable at its own address.

A profile that stays blocked for one year without activity is purged, together with its email address. That purge is announced thirty days in advance by email, so it never comes as a surprise.

7. If you disagree

Write to admin@flowxp.eu. Failing a satisfactory answer, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
