The personal data of the FLOW XP application is hosted within the European Union. The privacy policy sets out the categories of processors involved and the guarantees that apply to them.

No remote resources

This website loads no resource hosted by a third party: no remote typeface, no content-delivery-network script, no tracking pixel, no externally hosted image. Fonts are served by our own domain.

The reason is not page weight, it is transfer. A resource loaded from a third party sends the visitor's IP address to that third party on every page view — and our visitors are often minors. Announcing that guarantee on a page that broke it would be incoherent.

Intellectual property

The FLOW XP name, the logo, the EARN IT signature, the interface, the texts, the graphic elements, the content of this website and of the application, and the underlying methodology are the exclusive property of FLOW XP BV.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation, save for the exceptions provided by law — in particular short quotation with attribution.

Content entered by a user in the application remains that user's. Its processing is governed by the privacy policy.

Liability

FLOW XP BV endeavours to keep the information published on this website accurate and up to date, without warranting that it is exhaustive or free of error. The information published here has no contractual value; only the terms of sale and the privacy policy bind the parties.

FLOW XP BV is not liable for the content of third-party websites reachable from this one, nor for a technical unavailability of the website.
