THREE TIERS

Choose the depth that fits your club.

All tiers include the 3 AI reports (athlete · coach · club), onboarding support, and EU-hosted compliant infrastructure. The tier determines which instruments unlock and which analyses are available.

Performance

The diagnosis.

Up to 3 teams

5 instruments: Edge · Grit · Alliance · Squad · Onboard

Amateur and community clubs wanting structured mental visibility without daily commitment.

Pro

The diagnosis + the daily signal.

Up to 6 teams

8 instruments: Performance + Pulse · Drive · Compass

Academy and semi-professional clubs running structured programmes. Athletes build a daily habit. Coaches receive weekly rhythm signals.

Elite

The diagnosis + the daily signal + the coach mirror.

Up to 10 teams

12 instruments: Pro + SynC · Climate · Mirror · 1on1

Signature feature: Co-orientation Algorithm — SynC (coach) × Alliance (athletes) → Blind Spot Alerts when gaps exceed 25 points.

Elite and professional clubs wanting the full picture. Coaches complete their own assessments. The Co-orientation Algorithm unlocks. Mirror surfaces anonymous athlete feedback to coaches (k≥5).

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps. Four times a year.

  1. Step 1

    Club onboarding

We provision, you import the roster, invite coaches. Setup < 1 week.

  2. Step 2

    Audit window

Athletes: 9 punctual instruments distributed over 11 months (~15 min each). Coaches: SynC + Climate (~14 min × 2-3/year). Plus daily Pulse (4 sliders, <30 sec, Pro + Elite). Mobile or desktop, auto-save.

  3. Step 3

    AI reports generated

Claude AI generates 3 reports: athlete (private), coach (team), club (anonymised).

  4. Step 4

    Restitution call

30 min with Loïc / quarter. Findings · fragilities · talents · exercises.

REPORTS

Three reports. Three lenses.

Claude AI from validated scores. Strict schema. Athlete-coach confidentiality.

Athlete report

Athlete + their head coach

Scores · strengths · 2 priority axes · 3 personal exercises · quarter baseline. Private athlete + head coach.

Coach report

Head coach

Team heatmap · actionable ratios · 3 group exercises · athletes to watch · coach's SynC profile + Co-orientation analysis vs athletes' Alliance perception (Blind Spot Alert — Elite tier).

  2. October → January — Build phase

Drive (Oct, all athletes). Climate (Nov, coaches, Elite). 1on1 (Dec, athlete meeting prep, Elite). Squad (Jan, team cohesion). December is rest-protected: only event-based 1on1 fires.

FAQ

Questions clubs ask before signing.

How does parental consent work for minors?

Minor <16: parent receives a consent request by email before any audit. Covers data + coach sharing + guardianship. No audit without parental confirmation.

Are the audit responses confidential?

Yes. Athlete responses visible only to athlete + head coach. Club direction = anonymised aggregates. Co-orientation analysis (Blind Spot Alert) only surfaces when at least 5 athletes have completed Alliance for the team.

How long does an audit take?

Athlete: ~15 min per punctual instrument (9 over 11 months). Coach: SynC ~14 min × 2/year + Climate ~14 min × 1/year. Plus daily Pulse (4 sliders, <30 sec, opt-in, Pro + Elite). Mobile + desktop, auto-save.

Which sports do you support?

Team sports only: hockey, football, basketball, rugby, volleyball, handball. Sport-agnostic instruments validated for team sports.

What happens if an athlete leaves the club mid-season?

Data stays with club until season end, then archived. No transfer between clubs. Deletion on request at any time.

Where is the data hosted?

Supabase EU (Frankfurt). GDPR Art. 9 (sensitive data) applied strictly. DPA signed with each club at contract.
